Jesus said this to his disciples:
“...‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.’”
Matthew 9:37-38

This metaphor is as relevant today as it was 2000 years ago. We are the laborers—Sowers if you will—that Jesus is calling to action. When we meet the needs of our neighbors, prayers are answered, He is glorified, and more will come to know Him as their Lord and Savior.
Spiritual Gifts
Pamela and Phil Monetti have been married for nearly four decades. They enjoy using their God-given gifts to serve Him.
For more than 30 years, Pamela was the sole practitioner of a comprehensive financial planning firm with an emphasis on biblical generosity. Phil’s company specialized in leadership, sales, and customer service. His clients ranged from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
After retiring in 2022, Phil and Pamela spent a year traveling and spending time with family before preparing for their new mission: Sowers for the Harvest. They are eager to walk alongside other Christians and discover how God will use them to fulfill His purpose.
